Fairhaven’s Family Childcare Fee covers the cost of all childcare services, children ages six weeks-kindergarten, that a family uses for ministry events. This annual (September-August), non-refundable fee of $30 per family can be paid any time during the year and is NOT required for weekend or holiday worship services. Childcare registration is in addition to your event registration and should be done no later than one week in advance of the ministry event.
Baptisms at the Centerville Campus take place on the second Sunday of each month during the worship service, assuming there are three or more participants. If you would like to be baptized, please watch our explanatory video and register online at least two weeks prior to your requested date of baptism.
If you are 5-12 years old, contact Jim Weir to sign up for the children’s baptism class; parent’s and child’s attendance required.
If you are 13-18 years old, contact Keith Yeager to schedule an in-person conversation prior to participating in baptism, and register online at least two weeks prior to your requested date of baptism.
Child Dedication is your public declaration of a commitment to raise your child to know Christ as their Savior. The mandatory informational meeting on Tuesday, March 28 at 6:00 PM in Preschool Room 6 will provide information for parents who wish to dedicate their child on Sunday, April 2. There are a limited number of spots available. If childcare is needed, please register by March 21.
There are three steps to becoming a covenant member: attend one 90-minute class on covenant membership, be interviewed by an elder or a pastor regarding your spiritual journey and commitment to Jesus Christ, and be received into covenant membership during a Fairhaven worship service. Class dates are listed below for each campus. You only need to attend one class.

Get to know other golfers from Fairhaven Church. Play nine holes at the Community Golf Club every Monday evening beginning April 24. Greens fees will be $14 each week, paid upon arrival (cart not included). Space is limited!
We are forming Co-ed Softball teams this summer. The team will play on Sundays at Delco Park at 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM. The league is scheduled to begin April 30 and will run for 10 weeks. Practices will be scheduled for the few weeks before the league begins.
Date Night Comedy Tour is a live event for couples of all ages that will have you laughing and loving through comedy, teaching and more. This midsize group (15-20 people) includes parents with school-age children. It’s an open group you can join at any time. We meet from September to May for social interaction and a Bible-based, discussion oriented study. There are regular Wednesday evening activities for your school-age children, but you need to reserve in advance for children 0-5 years of age.

Join us for a family meal before Wednesday night activities. Open to all Growing Families attendees. Cost is $2.50 (ages 2-11) and $5 per person (ages 12 and up) with a $20 max per family. Free for ages 0-1. Please register and pay now with a credit card or pay at the door with cash or check. In the online registration you only need to choose one household member over 18 to register the whole family.
Outgoing 5th graders and their families are invited to our 5th Grade Blessing event! We’ll celebrate your child’s transition into middle school and parents will honor their children with a blessing (a small letter with words of love, affirmation, encouragement and blessing to read/say to your child privatively). Blessings will be held during the 10:30 AM worship service.

New to Fairhaven? Here’s your chance to learn about Fairhaven – our history, beliefs and vision. Enjoy light refreshments, and meet some of our staff. Childcare available, nursery thru 5th grade. Older students stay with their parents.
The men’s intramural softball league plays on Wednesday nights at Delco Park in Kettering. Each week you’ll play double-header games. The league kicks off on Wednesday, April 26, and involves a 7-week round-robin season with a tournament at the end. All participants must fill out a new 2017-18 Adult Hold Harmless form.
Parents are invited to drop off their special needs children and siblings (grades K-5) at the church to enjoy food, movies, games, crafts, a bounce house and more, while you enjoy an evening out. Special needs kids will have a safe, fun time with a personal buddy. Registration is limited to the first 30 kids.
Celebrate Passover with an authentic Seder, just as Jesus did with His disciples. Enjoy the music, Messianic dancers, order of service and Passover meal. Cost is $17 (ages 12 & up), $13 (ages 8-11). Seating is limited; registration ends April 13.

Join us as we discover the one beautiful, seamless thread connecting the people, places and promises of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. Bible study by Angie Smith. Wednesday evening class is designed for mothers and their high school daughters to attend together.
